HART NSX

Following their success in the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge series, HART now competes in the GT Daytona Class for 2018. The Red Line-equipped Acura NSX GT3 placed 5th during Sunday Qualifying, blazing around the 3.56-mile circuit in just 01:47.665, less than 3 tenths of a second behind the pole position time. The No. 69 Acura is piloted by Chad Gilsinger, Ryan Eversley and European Le Mans Series LMP3 champions Sean Rayhalland and John Falb.

“Going for the win with Chad, Ryan, and Sean is going to be a blast and those guys are all super-fast. HART spent all of last year refining the Acura NSX and I am confident we have a great package,” said Falb.

Bimmerworld GT4 and ST F30 328i

BimmerWorld Racing debuted its new Red Line-equipped M4 GT4 at the Roar to compete in the 2018 IMSA Continental Tire Sportscar Challenge (ICTSC) Grand Sport (GS) class. Experienced BMW racer Tyler Cooke partnered with team owner James Clay in the No. 82 (for chassis code F82) M4 and are working closely with BMW Motorsport to tune the GT4 for IMSA competition.

“The car is built very well and fits like a glove. It shows a lot of potential, and I’m looking forward to starting the 2018 season,” stated Cooke.

BimmerWorld is also running the No. 81 BMW 328i in the highly competitive Street Tuner (ST) class. 2016 ST Champion Nick Galante will team with Devin Jones to drive the F30.

“Joining BimmerWorld for the 2018 season is an absolute honor,” said Jones. “They are a top-notch race team and organization. I’m looking forward to continuing their long history of winning races. And with Nick as a co-driver our chances are excellent.”

The 328i finished 4 of the 5 Roar sessions in the top 2 places.
