Payments & Shipping

Redline Fulfillment Services offers selected products for sale online at www.redlineoil.com. If the product that you are looking for is not available for sale on our website, please enter your zip code into our online dealer directory or contact one of our mail order resources. International orders cannot be processed through our online store. To find a dealer in your country, please click here. 

Errors in typographical content, pricing and photography are subject to correction and may change without notice. 

Red Line does not charge handling fees on top of your price on products, applicable tax, and shipping. Wisconsin and Illinois orders will be subject to state and local sales tax.

Shipping
Orders to ship same day if placed by 4pm CST. All orders must be shipped to a street address (sorry, no P.O. boxes). Inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any damage or shipping- related breakage immediately to the carrier. Sorry, but product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping is not refunded. If you are shipped a product that differs from your original order, please call 877-918-5646. 

All confirmed orders to ship same day if placed by 4pm CST Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 4pm CST will ship the following business day.

Payment
We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMX & Discover as payment, and will pre-authorize your card upon ordering through the Red Line Oil web site. The order charge occurs once an order ships. If your billing address does not match that of the credit card, your order will automatically be refused. For your protection, we security check all credit card orders.
