In 1964, Buddy Arrington started Arrington Performance in Martinsville, VA and began building
the then new HEMI engines for racing. The company focused exclusively on racing engines
(mainly HEMI race engines) and began what would become their established, long heritage of
building MOPAR racing engines. In 2017, Mike Copeland purchased the company and moved
its headquarters to Brighton, MI where they renewed their commitment to remain the leaders in
GEN 3 HEMI parts, engines, and cars. Red Line Oil is the official oil of Arrington Performance
and Diversified Creations and its products are used in every vehicle built by Arrington, and is
also shipped in every engine they sell. Red Line and Arrington Performance and Diversified
Creations also co-sponsor the HEMI Quick 8 presented by Red Line Oil.
